Directions:Â Good water is an essential part of brewing a great cup of tea. We recommend using spring or filtered water. Be sure to relax! Some of the most enjoyable aspects of tea are the calmness and ritual that surround it. This is a delicate herb and more potent when exposed to high temperatures for a short period of time. So that your tea has its maximum medicinal properties and flavour, be sure that your water is at a rolling boil when you pour it over your teabags. If you desire a medicinal tea, be sure to use one tea bag per cup of boiling water, cover and steep for 7-12 minutes. This is known as the infusion method. If you desire a pleasure tea or quick brew, use one teabag per cup of hot water. Pour water over teabags, cover, and let steep for 3 to 5 minutes to taste.Â
24 grams or 24 tea bags per box.Â
Ingredients:Â Organic Marshmallow Root & Leaf (althaea officinalis).

Helps soothe stomach
I’ve tried so many things to help with my stomach issues and this is one that has actually worked for me. I like to drink it at night for a soothing bedtime ritual. The taste is not wonderful but I add honey and it’s fine. I will definitely keep this on hand always.

Works for Urinary Health
I drink one of these anytime I have urinary pain. Also useful for aiding in digestive and respiratory health. This is one of my favorite herbs to keep on hand. It is almost flavorless so you can pair it with honey or another tea if you like.

Relief for Interstitial Cystitis
I love this "tea," although it's not really made from tea leaves. I learned about it when trying to find relief for interstitial cystitis -- and for me this drink really helps. I drink it nearly every single day -- 2 cups -- to help avoid flairs altogether, but even if I do start feeling like a flair is coming on, I drink a couple cups of this and sense immediate relief. The taste is mild, similar to Chamomile tea -- and it's grown on me so that I actually really enjoy it. I've always liked drinking tea, but regular tea would sometimes irritate my sensitive bladder, and this drink brings me both the enjoyment of tea in the morning and also the health benefits, which I am so grateful for.
