The Taste
I love the glass bottle and the cod liver oil was superb I love the lemon taste this must be the best ever. I will be staying with this one, I thought I would try it on cooked rice wow it was so yummy. Give it to the kids on pancakes for breakfast, they did not know it was there, try it on banana bread or cake!

The Lemon Flavour Saves it
Of course it is difficult to drink fish oil because its so fishy lol. But it has a lemony and sharp taste that overwhelms the fishiness and helps with the aftertaste as well. Overall good product,

Tastes great - many health benefits
I take this every day the recommended dosage for adults is 2 tsps. It does have a lemon flavour and I get no fishy aftertaste. I started using it as it was recommended for skin, eye membranes and heart health. I have had bumpy skin on my arms and legs my whole life sometimes called "chicken skin". Within a few weeks this is already clearly up the skin is visibly smoother.
