    This is the first magnesium supplement that has worked for me! I take it about an hour before bed and it doesn’t upset my stomach, it takes away my leg & feet cramps and I seem to be sleeping better too.

    I bought the original unflavored the first time but decided to try the blueberry and so glad I did. It really does taste like blueberry and is sugar free. Its like having a treat! It also looks cool.
