Magnesium powerhouse!
This magnesium product is amazing! It’s easy to take (just mix into a glass of water) and very gentle on the stomach. It has made a world of difference for my sleep. I no longer wake up with leg cramps in the night. What a difference!!

Great product but dont buy it from amazon
I bought this at a local store and I loved it. Even the weird taste I eventually looked forward to it. But when I bought it from Amazon I noticed it was very chalky. No matter how much I stirred it or how much water I added, it would just sit at the bottom. I tried to tough it out but it was absolutely disgusting. Going to purchase from local store from now on. Despite where I purchased, I did find that if I take it less than 2 hours before my bed time I get crazy vivid dreams that night.
