Feel like your getting a cold, take these.
They are a good cold preventative. Good control of sinus issues especially if used in conjunction with a nasal spray. Best to have these all the time in case.

Easy to consume and very small tablets. Natural not strong or heavy on the body. I did experience a boost against symptoms but it's not a cure for cold either.
