    I have been using Medi C plus citrus powder and the capsules as well,for many years. The capsules are perfect when traveling. It's a good way to boost your metabolism every morning.

    I have been taking this for about 9 years and have not had a cold, or flu in that time. During covid I upped the dosage to three scoops a day, but usually just do two. It is a fantastic product.
